Record everyday driving
Enter odometer readings in miles or kilometers, calculate trip distance, and organize your trips with categories that fit your life.

Keep fuel and service history
Choose US gallons or liters for each vehicle. Record fuel costs and calculate the quantity purchased. Save other vehicle expenses with categories, providers, and notes.

Export on your terms
Share mileage, fuel, or expense CSVs for all dates, a year, or a custom date range. Reports identify record units. Filenames include the vehicle, device type, export date and time, and a short identifier to distinguish exports.

Keep a recovery copy
Optional private iCloud backups help you recover records. Review backup dates, keep 10, 20, or 50 regular backups, and export a complete recovery file for safekeeping.

Choose your input method
Use wheels, a number pad, or keyboard input. The interface follows your device appearance and includes larger-text layouts and VoiceOver date-entry alternatives.
Choose distance and fuel units for each vehicle. Existing records retain their original units and prices when you change these choices; new records use your selected units. The current odometer display and cumulative distance convert to your selected distance unit.
Requires iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later. Optional iCloud backup requires an Apple Account and connectivity. Trips are entered manually; this version does not record GPS journeys or share live vehicle records between users.
